Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Delivery times will vary depending on distance, selected shipping method, and the carrier’s package volume.
- Orders shipped via USPS Ground will typically arrive within 2-8 days.
- Orders shipped via USPS First Class will typically arrive within 2-5 days.
- Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will typically arrive within 1-3 days.
If your subtotal — excluding BCW Supplies products (see below) — is $65 or more, your order will be bumped up to FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping.
We ship all orders to anywhere in the United States — even Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
BCW Supplies Products
Products labeled “BCW” will be processed as a separate order and shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 days). If your subtotal of BCW Supplies products is $75 or more, your BCW order will qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping.
If your subtotal combining BCW and non-BCW products is $100 or more, all items in your cart will ship for FREE. (Orders may arrive on different days.)
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If the tracking number does not work, we recommend you try tracking with the order number. Alternatively, you may contact us at support@conpackd.com.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@conpackd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@conpackd.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Our ​Return Policy​ provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
